What is included in the weekly rent?
Your weekly rent includes a private, lockable hair studio, utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, cleaning of common areas, and access to the lobby/waiting area for your guests. Many suites also include a shampoo station.
Are styling chairs and shampoo stations provided?
Yes, hair suites come with a professional styling chair, mirror and lighting. Most have a built-in shampoo station and plumbing. During the tour, we’ll show you the exact setup of each available suite.
Can I bring my own furniture or equipment?
You are welcome to bring your own tools, trolleys, color bar, retail shelves and decor. Larger changes or equipment installations should be discussed in advance to make sure they meet building and safety requirements.
Do you accept walk-ins for stylists, or is it only for those with an existing client base?
Our spaces are ideal for stylists who already have at least a small but stable client base. You manage your own marketing and bookings, but we provide the professional environment, location and infrastructure.
Is there a long-term lease or big deposit?
We don’t require a traditional multi-year commercial lease. We use flexible agreements with weekly rent and a reasonable initial payment, so you can grow your business without taking on huge obligations.
Can I work my own hours?
