What is included in the weekly rent?
The weekly rent includes your private, lockable studio, utilities (electricity, water where applicable), high-speed Wi-Fi, cleaning of common areas, and access to the lobby and waiting area for your clients.
Do I need to buy furniture and equipment?
Basic setup is already in place: professional chair or bed (depending on the room type), lighting and storage. You only bring your tools, products and decor. If you require special equipment, you are welcome to add it to your suite.
Can I share a suite with another beauty professional?
Yes, many masters share a suite and split the rent. You can work in shifts or side-by-side if the room layout allows. Just let us know during the tour so we can suggest the best option.
Is there a long-term contract?
No 3-year commercial lease. We work with flexible agreements based on weekly rent with clear terms. You stay as long as it works for you and your business.
Can I decorate and brand my studio?
Absolutely. You can add your branding, shelves, small furniture and decor as long as it doesn’t damage the property or violate safety rules. We want your studio to feel like your own.
How do I book a tour and move in?
