How long is the rental agreement?
Our agreements are designed to be flexible. Most beauty pros start with a 6–12 month term, with the option to extend or change suites as you grow.
What is included in the weekly price?
Your weekly rate includes your private studio, utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, cleaning of common areas and access to the lobby and restrooms.
Can I decorate my studio?
Yes. We encourage you to make the space your own. You can bring decor, shelving and branding elements, as long as they comply with building rules and don’t damage the structure.
What if I don’t have a full client list yet?
Many of our tenants started part-time. Our affordable weekly pricing makes it possible to grow gradually while building your client base.
Is there parking for my clients?
Yes. There is convenient on-site or nearby parking so your clients can arrive and leave easily.
